No Return / Exchange Policy

All orders placed with Craft Astic are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they are confirmed and processed. We request customers to carefully review product details, customization, delivery address, and contact information before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will review the issue under the following conditions:

• An unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, starting from the sealed package opening until the product is fully visible.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

Event-Based Orders

For products ordered for a specific event or date, no refund or replacement will be provided once the event date has passed, even if a complaint is raised later.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• If the order cannot be fulfilled due to an issue from our side.
• If a confirmed damage or defect is verified and a replacement is not possible.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Customized or personalized items
• Perishable or fragile handmade products
• Items damaged due to incorrect handling after delivery
